Features:

1. This machine adopts microcomputer (or PLC+human-machine interface) control, automatic taper tension control, and center winding mode.

2. The host adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic meter counting, alarm stop and other functions, and double-station rewinding (air shaft or slip shaft) is used for rewinding.

3. The unwinding is equipped with an automatic deviation correction system, which can make the irregular material slitting normally and ensure the neatness of the winding end.

4. Round knife or flat knife slitting, equipped with automatic waste edge discharge device.

5. The cylinder (hydraulic) automatically loads the material, and the unwinding shaft adopts the key-type air expansion shaft (or no shaft feeding).
