Introduction

Honeycomb ceramic filter, called DPF, is a device that can filter particulate matter from automobile exhaust,The main raw material is cordierite.We can produce 100cpsi, ~600Ccpsi can be in the shape of round ,racetrack and ovral.Specification can be customerlized, as the the customers requirement.

The honeycomb ceramic filter coated with precious metals can meet the emission standards of Euro4, EURO5 and euro6.

 

Technical parameters

The chemical composition of cordierite is 2MgO-Al2O3-5SiO2. Calculating with the percentage of weight, the proportion as below
MgO = 13.8%,Al2O3 =34.8%,SiO2 = 51.4%
It has very small thermal expansivity, so it is the main material of honeycomb ceramic substrate in catalytic converter. Cordierite material is formed with stable regular hexagon structure of AlSi5O13.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% before delivery. Before you pay, please show you a picture of the final packaging of the product. before you pay the balance.
